Regular (Voting) Member of AATM
1. Application Procedure, Assignment, and Termination of Membership

An individual interested in becoming Regular (Voting) Member of AATM shall apply to the Board in writing by filling in (paper or electronic) and submitting (via fax, surface mail, e-mail, in person, or on-line) the Application Form. The applicant shall also submit or upload together with the Application Form their brief Curriculum Vitae, two reference forms from current AATM members, and a recent photograph.

No deadline for application exists, and all applications will be considered in 2-week period. Please note that no application fee is required for application consideration, however if candidature is approved, the membership will be valid only after paying membership dues.

The decision on admittance of AATM Member is the sole responsibility of the Board of Directors. The Board shall further modify the election procedure for each membership category as it deems appropriate. Approved member shall be listed in Members Directory in AATM registries and on the Association’s website and issued a Membership Certificate.

The Board of Directors shall determine necessity of membership dues and special assessments, as well as establish their amount and terms and conditions of payment, as the Board deems appropriate. Payment of membership dues if established shall entitle each member to the privileges of membership as determined by the Board.

Any member of AATM may resign at any time by submitting a written resignation, but such resignation shall not relieve the member so resigning of the obligation to pay any dues, assessments, or other charges established by the Board, theretofore accrued and unpaid.

The Board of Directors, by affirmative vote of a majority of all of the members of the Board, may suspend or expel a member after due process including the opportunity for the member to address any concerns that have been raised before the Board of Directors.

When any member shall be in default in the payment of established dues for a period of six months from the beginning of the fiscal year of the period for which such dues become payable, his/her membership may thereupon be terminated in the manner described.

Any former member may reapply for membership in the Association by completing the application procedure above described.

Membership in the Association is not transferable or assignable.
2. Rights and Obligations of Regular (Voting) Member of AATM
- Individual Regular (Voting) Membership shall entitle persons to full privileges of the association including one vote in all matters brought before the membership.
- Regular (Voting) Member of AATM has also the following rights:
- to elect, or to be elected in the Association’s regulating, supervising or any other bodies;
- to submit to the Association’s regulating, supervising or any other bodies announcements, declarations, statements, proposals, requests, petitions or appeals related to the activities of the Association;
- to receive timely and comprehensive information about the activities of the Association;
- to resign from or to reapply for membership in the Association at any time;
- to receive legal assistance from the Association directed at protection of their legal interests and concerns;
- to participate in events, actions and undertakings of the Association;
- to submit to the General Assembly of the Association, or to the court (in accordance with legal proceedings) written appeals concerning presumed illegal actions by the Association’s regulating, supervising or other bodies.
- Regular (Voting) Member of AATM has the following obligations:
- to render the Association maximal feasible assistance in its activities;
- to strictly follow the regulations provided in the Bylaws of the Association and the decisions of its regulating / supervising bodies;
- to duly pay membership fees, special assessments or any other charges established by the Board of Directors;
- to properly perform and timely complete their duties and any specific tasks assigned by the Association’s regulating / supervising bodies;
- to maintain high reputation of the Association
- The General Assembly or the Board of Directors of the Association may impose disciplinary penalties (reprimand, expulsion) upon members violating the Bylaws of the Association or not performing their duties.
